DirectLink
Directional Panel Antennas
DirectLink is a series of wall and mast mount directional antennas that
have been designed to meet the most demanding needs of the contemporary
wireless environment. DirectLink's attractive, UV resistant housings and
mounts allow the antennas to be mounted anywhere in the campus or
in-building environment. The antennas offer very precise and
controllable pattern characteristics in frequencies starting with the
1710 MHz DCS band and continuing through the 5.725 GHz ISM band. All
popular contemporary wireless system applications are covered with gain
characteristics varying with frequency. All antennas in the series may
be wall or mast mounted and all are available with a variety of flush
and articulating mounts. Flush mounts allow the antenna to hug the wall
for minimal visual impact. There are two available articulating mounts
that allow the pattern to be directed while still maintaining minimal
visual impact. Standard antennas come with either TNC, SMA or N female
connectors and an integrated coaxial pigtail. Other connector and
pigtail combinations are available upon request. *Consult your Cushcraft

Wide H-Plane Directional
Antennas
Cushcraft's
140 -degree, wide H-plane antenna and the rest of the wide H-plane
antenna suite, offers the system's engineer an alternative to wall
mounting omnidirectional antennas. Wall -mounted omnidirectional
antennas can suffer unduly from multipath components created by the wall
itself. Coax lengths and connector type can be adapted to the
requirement. Offices, Health Care facilities, educational and industrial
campuses and shopping malls are just a few of the more common
applications for this antenna design. These antennas are also perfect
choices for use in sectorized antenna systems, using either (four) 90
degree H-plane antennas or (three) 120-140 degree H-plane antennas.

Ceiling Mount Omnidirectional Antennas

Squint
omnidirectional antennas offer a unique solution to the low power
characteristics of RF Distribution Systems, microcells and picocells.
Squint antennas provide omnidirectional azimuth plane pattern
characteristics while focusing energy where it is most desired for an
in-building or campus-wide coverage environment. The unique pattern
characteristics of the Squint Series also help mitigate the kinds of
multipath problems that often confront systems designed to provide
in-building or campus-wide coverage. Squint antennas come in two sizes
and in frequencies from 806 MHz to 5.875 GHz. They are offered with
ceiling mount hardware and vertical column mount hardware for system
infrastructure applications as well as hardware for mounting to vending
machines and other fixed remote apparatus. Squint antennas are available
with integral coax pigtails and a variety of connectors or can be
supplied with fixed connectors. All enclosures are UV stabile.

Dual Feed & Circularly Polarized Directional Panel Antennas
Dual feed panel
antennas offer two ports for polarization diversity and are well suited
to environments where multipath is a concern but space is limited.
Polarization diversity allows the user to achieve the desired diversity
benefit in the footprint of one antenna. All Cushcraft
dual feed antennas feature a minimum of 18 dB of port isolation. • HVP
antennas offer diversity benefits in the foot print of a single antenna.

linearly polarized panel antennas feature high performance and
versatility. All antennas in the series are provided with UV stabilized
radome enclosures and can be mounted to either interior or exterior wall
surfaces or masts in either fixed or articulating configurations. Models
are available from 8 dBi to 17 dBi gain. *Integrated coaxial pigtails
can be modified for length and connectors can be modified to suit the

Sectored and Wide Angle Coverage Directional Antennas
Cushctaft's 11
dBi gain, 120 degree "Wide H-plane" sectored antenna offers the systems
integrator both an antenna for use with sectorized base stations and a
wide area coverage directional antenna for use where a wide directional
pattern characteristic would be preferable to an omnidirectional pattern
characteristic. Enclosed in an attractive UV-stable weatherproof radome,
it is both attractive enough to satisfy indoor aesthetic requirements
and rugged enough to withstand outdoor exposures. Anywhere from one to
three of the 120 degree sectored antennas can be deployed at a base
station site depending on the area coverage that is called for and
single antennas can be mounted to a wall or mast to provide wide area
directional coverage. The TM905BRK mechanical down-tilt mount can be
used to mount the antenna to a mast and can also
be used to
customize the antenna pattern tilt whether mounting to a mast or a wall
surface. The design is both electrically and mechanically robust
ensuring a lifetime of stable, trouble-free service and predictable,
reliable, consistant performance. The standard antenna comes with a
12-inch low-loss coaxial pigtail and N female connector. Alternative
coax cable lengths and connector types are also available.
