OkSolar.com Reserves the Right to Limit / Deny Returns.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!

Submitting a false claim violates federal and state criminal fraud laws and may result in serious criminal penalties.

Please be informed that with all returns, it is the customers responsibility to ship the product back to us.

Order Cancellation Return or Exchange.
Exchange must be expressly authorized by us and are subject to a restocking fee of up to thirty five percent (35%) of the purchase price. We will accept for return only new, standard stock, non-defective, unused, in warranty and originally packaged products for credit. All claims for unsatisfactory shipment of goods must be made directly to us within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of goods. If we do not accept or deliver your order, our only liability is to refund any amounts already paid to us. If you rightfully reject all or part of the goods before acceptance, then our only liability is, at our option, either (i) to permit you to return the goods and receive a refund of any amounts already paid to us, or (ii) the repair or replacement of non-conforming goods. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Special orders or custom configured products (voltage, frequency sensitive or cut to length) are not returnable. We don't accept open boxes. Non-stock and custom products may not be returned for credit.

Refused or non-deliverable goods will handled in the following manner:
In the case of orders refused without prior notification, the receiving party will be charged freight plus 16% handling.
In the case of undeliverable goods, the customer will pay freight.

If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt before contacting OkSolar.

Custom or Special Order Can't NOT be return or Canceled
Lamp or Fixtures: LED, Fluorescent, Low Presure Sodium: Can't NOT be returnerd
Export Order Can't NOT be return or Canceled.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

OkSolar.com reserve the right to bill the customer for costs associated with handling and testing returned units found to be in good working order.

Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: For a RMA Contact us at OkSolar.com/Contact/ . All returns require an authorization number. Please note the receiving a RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to final inspection. www.OkSolar.com reserves the right to deny a return at any time. All merchant returned for refund or exchange must be in original factory condition including all packing material, inserts, and manuals. You will be charged for replacement of damaged, altered or missing hardware, software, accessories , manuals and Boxes.

Return Instructions:
Pack the product into shipping box, with adequate packing material and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by OkSolar.com customer Services clearly and in bold print, on the out side of the shipping Carton.

.-Any  merchandise returned with out a RMA will be Refused.
.-All Packages returned to OkSolar.com must be shipped freight prepaid.
.-We recommend UPS Ground "Insured" And "Signature Required".
.-Any package arriving to OkSolar.com freight collect will be returned.
.-Any RMA with out Original Invoice will be refused.
.-Your RMA Return Address is listed at your Original Invoice.

Once you have received an RMA number from our staff, please ship merchandise within 48 hours. Your RMA will expire within 48 hours, after which no return will be accepted if the merchandise has not already been shipped.

Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY AND TITLE. OkSolar will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to Customer's requested delivery date's). Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by OkSolar are estimates only and that OkSolar will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates. Selection of the carrier and delivery route will be made by OkSolar unless specifically designated by Customer. All shipments by OkSolar are F.O.B. point of shipment from OkSolar’s facility and the amount of all transportation charges shall be paid to OkSolar by the Customer in addition to the purchase price of the Products. Subject to OkSolar's right of stoppage in transit, delivery to a carrier will constitute delivery to Customer, and risk of loss will thereupon pass to Customer; however, title shall remain in OkSolar until payment in full for the Products by Customer. Products invoiced and held by OkSolar at Customer’s request will be held at Customer's risk and expense. Delivery of any installment of Products within thirty (30) days after the date requested will constitute a timely delivery. Thereafter, delivery will be timely unless prior to shipment OkSolar has received written notice of cancellation valid under Section 1. Delivery of a quantity which does not vary by more than ten percent (10%) from the quantity specified therefore will constitute full performance of such delivery. Delay in delivery of one installment will not entitle Customer to cancel any other installment's). APO and FPO Shipments will be routed Parcel Post Insured, with a maximum size of 130 inches (length plus girth) and a maximum weight of 70 pounds. For faster delivery, specify Priority or Express Mail. Common Carrier Truck. Large items, heavy loads and special handling can be shipped economically via common carrier truck. Any shipment weighing less than 100 pounds will be charged at the minimum 100-pound rate as specified by truck carriers. Air Freight. including same-day, counter-to-counter, door-to-door, next day, 2nd day and 3rd day methods are available at the Customer’s expense
